摘    要:采用XRD、XRF、TG-DSC等测试技术,对湖北宜昌煤系高岭土进行了表征分析。探讨了焙烧煤系高岭土活性铝浸出技术方法。偏高岭土活性用铝浸出率评价,采用EDTA络合滴定法测定铝浸出率。结果表明,在焙烧温度750℃、升温速率5℃/min、保温时间5 h条件下制备的偏高岭土活性最高。在盐酸浓度6.19 mol/L、常温酸浸出时间120 min条件下,铝浸出率为72.93%,偏高岭土活性铝含量为28.13%。

Technology and Mechanism of Leaching Active Aluminum Occurred in Metakaolin
Abstract:The coal series kaolinite from Hubei Yichang was characterized using XRD, XRF, TG/DSC. The technical method of activated aluminium leached with the roasted coal series kaolinite has been investigated. Activity of metakaolin was evaluated by rate of aluminum leaching that was examined using compleximetry of EDTA. The study found that the best condition of the preparation of metakaolin to get the maximum activity are heating rate of 5℃/min, roasting temperature 750℃ and heat preservation for 5 h. The leaching rate of aluminum and content of activated aluminium were72.93% and 28.13% respectively for the metakaolin as 6.19 mol/L of HCl concentration, leaching for 2 h at room temperature.
