摘    要:文中以舰载天线罩为研究对象,分析了天线罩在复杂载荷下刚强度性能的试验分析方法,为舰载装备的安全服役提供保障。首先,研究了浪载、风载等多种载荷在试验中的近似加载方法;其次,详细讨论了天线罩刚强度性能试验分析方法,如试验台架的设计方法、应变片和位移传感器的布置及数据采集、试验步骤及数据处理方法、试验中天线罩内部是否损伤的检测方法;最后,探讨了试验结果对有限元模型修正的指导作用。

Abstract:Taking the shipboard radome as the research object, the test method of the stiffness and strength performance of the radome under complex load is analyzed in this paper, which provides guarantee for the safe service of shipboard equipment. Firstly, the approximate loading methods of wave load and wind load are studied; secondly, the test and analysis methods for the stiffness and strength performance of the radome are discussed in detail, such as the design method of the test bench, the arrangement and data acquisition of strain gauge and displacement sensor, the test steps and data processing method and the method to detect whether the internal part of the radome is damaged in the test; finally, the guiding effect of the test results on the finite element model correction is discussed.
