粉煤灰微晶玻璃的晶化机理研究

摘    要:以粉煤灰为主要原料制得微晶玻璃,通过XRD、SEM和EDAX等测试方法,研究了粉煤灰微晶玻璃的晶化机理.研究结果表明:粉煤灰玻璃在热处理的过程中,首先发生分相,形成富硅相和富钙相,进而形成以透辉石(CaO·MgO·2SiO2)和钙黄长石(2CaO·Al2O3·SiO2)为主晶相的微晶玻璃.

Abstract:Using fly ash as raw materials, the glass-ceramic was obtained. The crystallization mechanism was studied by XRD,SEM and EDAX. The results showed that during the heat treatment process, the glass was decomposed into two phases, silicon -rich phase and calcium-rich phase. At last, the glass-ceramic was obtained containing diopside and gehlenite as the main crystalline phases.
