喷油器体数控加工仿真研究

摘    要:以6190柴油机喷油器体为研究对象分析了喷油器体零件的结构特点,确定了零件的加工工艺;研究了喷油器体零件的数控车削加工,确定了数控加工刀具及加工参数,编制了数控加工程序,并借助于宇航数控仿真软件,进行了模拟加工仿真。实践证明所设计的工艺和加工程序是合理有效的,对喷油器体的加工质量和喷油性能的提高具有重要的意义,可为中小企业借鉴使用。

Abstract:Taking the injector body of 6190 diesel as object, it analyzes the structural characteristics of the injec- tor parts, identifies its processing technology. Then it describes its CNC turning operations, identifies the CNC machining tool and processing parameters, compiles CNC machining program and simulates the machining process with Aerospace NC simulation software. The practice shows that the design of technology and processing procedures are reasonable and effective. This is helpful to improve the injector bodys processing quality and per- formance of injection, and can be referenced by small and medium enterprises.
