基于就地保护测控的数字化变电站应用方案研究

摘    要:针对现有数字化变电站存在的问题,从110kV凉水变实际应用出发,阐述一种基于就地保护测控的数字化变电站应用方案,将保护测控就地安装,过程层组成SV网用于故障录波和网络报文分析仪等智能设备,站控层组成MMS/GOOSE共网方式,为监控计算机等设备提供所需的信息。此方案有效解决了数据同步和保护测控装置过度依赖网络问题,同时避免了因采用电子式互感器发生数据偏差故障。

Abstract:For these problems that existed in digital substation, this paper expounded the research of application scheme about digital substation based on locally protection monitor from the actual condition of 110 kV Liangshui substation. The protection monitor device was installed locally. The SV network that made up with process layer was applied to some devices such as fault recorders, network packet analyzer, etc. The MMS/GOOSE networking mode that made up with station layer provided necessary information for some de- vices such as computer monitor, etc. This application scheme solved the excessive network dependence problem of data synchronization and protection monitor device, meanwhile, avoided the date bias fault because of using electronic transformer.
