| 摘 要： | BOT项目融资中的风险是指在其运行中损失发生的不确定性,项目公司需要在项目的前期及运行中正确地对系统外风险和系统风险及时、准确地识别,并且在对各种风险分类的前提下,针对每种风险的特点,采用防范各种风险的方法、策略,以保证项目公司能够顺利地完成BOT项目。
