工艺条件对中温裂纹釉的影响

摘    要:以钠长石、石英、硅灰石、方解石、龙岩高岭土、白云石为原料,采用氧化气氛在1 200~1 230℃制备中温裂纹釉。研究了工艺条件对中温裂纹釉的影响。实验结果表明:在配方组成不变的情况下,工艺条件对裂纹釉有着重要的影响。当球磨时间为9min时,釉浆浓度均匀易于裂纹釉的形成;同时当浸釉时间为6~9s,烧成温度为1 200~1 220℃,保温时间为20min时,釉面平整光滑,呈现大片开裂。

Abstract:In this paper,the middle-temperature crack glaze was prepared by using sodium feldspar,quartz,wollastonite, calcite,longyan kaolin and dolomite as raw materials at 1 200-1 230℃ for oxidizing atmosphere.Effect of processing con-dition on glaze crack was studied.The results showed that processing condition has important on crackle glaze keeping the composition unchanged.When balling mill time is 9 min,even glaze slip concentration is suitable for the formation of crack-le glaze.And,the crack effect is obtained due to the existence of glaze in big stress poor glaze layer effective transfer the stress of glaze caused inside craze,crack in propagation process and then air bubble and formed the ice crackled glaze. When dipping is 6-9 s,sintering temperature is 1 200-1 220℃,holding time for 20 min,glaze level off is smooth,easy now large cracks.
