摘    要:建立恰当的轧机系统模型,对其动态特性进行正确完备的描述是进行轧机系统设计、控制、状态监测和故障诊断的关键。随着交流调速技术的发展,交流电机已广泛用于轧机传动系统中。通过考虑驱动电机的影响,建立异步电机一轧机主传动系统的机电耦合模型,并利用该模型对轧机系统由串联补偿电容、摩擦、间隙和负载扰动等因素引起的机电耦合动态过程进行数值研究?研究结果表明,建立的机电耦合模型可以方便地分析轧机系统机电耦合动力学规律,为进一步控制轧机振动特性奠定基础。

Abstract:Establishing a suitable model of rolling mill systems which displays dynamic processes correctly and effectively is a key for system design,control,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling mill systems. With the rapid development of the AC(alternating current) technique,AC motor has be applied in drive system of the rolling mill. The effects of motor on rolling mill systems are considered and an electromechanical model is established. By simulating electromechanical coupling dynamic processes of rolling mill systems caused by serious capacitors in power network,friction,clearance and load changing,a conclusion was proved that the electromechanical coupling model is very useful in analyzing dynamic principles of rolling mill systems,and it can provided information for vibration control of rolling mill.
