摘    要:针对重整装置预加氢氢气压缩机缸套磨损的现象,通过对该压缩机十字头中心与滑道中心数据偏差校核,及对该压缩机活塞环、支撑环及气缸缸套材质分析,确定气缸缸套磨损的原因,提出对应的解决措施,使用液氮安装气缸缸套,为同类型压缩机检修提供经验共享.

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of cylinder liner wear in reformer feed hydrofining hydrogen compressor, the reason of cylinder liner wear is determined by checking the deviation between erosshead center data and slide center data and analyzing the materials of piston ring, support ring and cylinder liner of the compressor.The corresponding solving measure that using liquid nitrogen installation cylinder liner were pointed out, which provided experience sharing for the overhaul of same type of compressor.
