| 摘 要： | "订单培养"是近几年出现校企联合办学的一种新形式。它是学校按照企业特殊要求,制定培养计划,为企业量身定做的人才培养模式。文章探讨了"订单培养"的积极意义、现阶段存在的问题,以及如何保持"订单培养"模式的可持续发展。
