摘    要:各自独立的城市供电应急处理系统和电网地理信息系统不利于电网事故处理速度、准确性、自动化水平的提高。本文介绍了城市供电应急处理系统和电网地理信息系统一体化平台建设的总体设计思想、原则、技术线路,阐述了一体化平台的结构体系和技术难点,为将来其它系统的接入打下平台基础。

Abstract:The separation of urban power emergency system and power grid geographic information system (GIS) is not conducive to the improvement of accident processing speed, accuracy and automation level. This paperintroduces the overall design idea, principles and technical approaches of the integration of both systems, and also describes the structure and technical difficulties of the integration platform, which lays the foundation for theaccess of other systems.
