关于工程大系统的状态监测与故障诊断

摘    要:介绍了多元统计过程监控技术及其在工程大系统状态监测与故障诊断中应用的背景。结合工程动力学领域中的状态监测与故障诊断问题,提出了两个设想:一是将工程动力学系统与工业过程大系统一体化,以便用多元统计过程监控技术进行统一的综合状态监测与故障诊断;二是将多元统计过程监控技术移植到工程动力学中,用于工程结构和机械系统的状态监测与故障诊断。此外,还讨论了基于案例推理法及其在故障诊断决策支持中的应用。

Abstract:Multivariate statistic process control(MSPC) technology is reviewed with emphasis on its applications to large scale industrial process systems.To broaden the scope of the applications of MSPC to engineering dynamic systems,two novel approaches are proposed:first integrating an engineering dynamic system into an industrial process system with which the dynamic system interacts,then applying the MSPC technology to the integrated system for condition monitoring;and second transplanting the MSPC technology into the area of engineering dynamics for the condition monitoring of structures and machinery systems.Case based reasoning methodology for fault diagnosis and decision making support is also briefly discussed.
