| Abstract: | ombining with present situation of energy management in BISC, this paper reviewes the matters relevent to that how to reform energy management system of iron and steel enterprise in the process of transformation from planned economy to market economy in our country. It is believed in this peper that it is a best way out for system reformation to set up a energy deportment under the Co. which can perform the function of energy comprehensive management. |
