| 摘 要： | 介绍了某钢丝绳厂８座燃钢丝热处理马弗炉采用余热锅炉回收烟气余热，生产蒸汽回用于钢丝表面处理的工艺的设计。该系统在回收余热、治理烟尘、强化马弗炉排烟和为钢丝连续生产线提供高可靠汽源等方面，均产生了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | his paper introduces the technology that exhaust-heat boiler is used to recover the flue waste heat of 8 coal-firing steel wire heat treatment muffles in a steel cable plant to produce steam for steel wire surface treatment.This system brought about tangible results on the aspects of recovering waSte heat,cleaning dust, intensifying flue discharge of the mumes and providing high reliable steam for steel wire continuous production line. |
