Study on Picture Storage Methods in VB Database

There are many circumstances involving picture storage by using database in VB programming, which is a difficulty for new learners. This paper summarizes such three simple methods for beginners as storing pictures by using Access database directly, saving picture storage path in Access and reading picture through the path and converting pictures into binary code and then saving them into Access. Every method has advantages and disadvantages. If such problems occur in VB programming, the suitable method should be selected as required.
