基于LabVIEW的刮板输送机状态监测系统设计

摘    要:针对刮板输送机故障率较高、运行工况监测方法较少的现状,结合LabVIEW监测平台,设计出了刮板输送机状态监测系统。该系统由AVR数据采集模块、RS485通信模块及LabVIEW上位机监测模块组成,可实现对刮板输送机重要监测参数的实时监测、超限报警、数值显示、存储、查询和打印等功能,并对电动机启动过程进行保护。

Abstract:In view of high failure rate of the scraper conveyor and lack of monitoring system for operation conditions,a monitoring system for the scraper conveyor was designed based on LabVIEW.The system consisted of AVR data acquisition module,RS485 communication module and LabVIEW monitoring module for master computer.It could realize real-time monitoring of main parameters of the scraper conveyor,fault alarm,data display,storage,report,query and print,and granted protection for the motor start-up.
