摘    要:在简述SMW工法原理和主要特点基础上,介绍了南水北调中线一期穿黄工程概况及其地质条件,分析了盾构机常压换刀时采用SMW工法对地基进行加固的必要性,详述了实际施工过程中该工法的方案、工艺流程、技术参数及质量保障措施等.穿黄工程中采用的SMW工法深地层加固技术可为同类工程提供有益借鉴.

Abstract:Based on a brief description of the working principle and main properties of SMW construction method, the Phase I of the Yellow River Crossing Project and its geological condition are introduced, and then the necessity to reinforce the foundation with SMW construction method during the cutter-changing of the shield machine under normal pressure is analyzed herein; in which the construction scheme, technology process, technical parameters and quality guarantee measures, etc. of the method during the actual construction are expatiated as well. The deep stratum reinforcement technology of construction method of SMW applied to the construction of Yellow River Crossing Project can provide beneficial reference for the similar projects concerned.
