| 摘 要： | 提出一种端到端视频流传输服务质量自适应调整算法，此算法通过多级显式拥塞通知（ECN）机制，监测网络带宽变化、路径上节点缓冲容量变化及客户端接收速率变化等多个目标信息，自适应地动态调整视频流传输速率以及编码码率，以提高服务质量。通过仿真实验，证明了这一算法的有效性。 |

| Abstract: | A control algorithm of streaming video delivery with adaptive end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) based on multiple object strategy was introduced. It adaptively adjusted video transmission rate and code rate according to simple multi-level Explicit Congestion Notification(ECN)-based mechanism to obtain a feedback from the network as well as end-user's specific network bandwidth and device constraints. Simulation results demonstrate that the new algorithm has a good adaptation capacity against available bandwidth fluctuation. |
