物联网环境下的乳制品供应链质量安全风险管理研究

摘    要:
在对乳制品供应链质量安全风险识别的基础上,按照物联网的三个层次(感知层、网络层、应用层)对风险进行划分,确定风险发生概率和风险影响值,通过构建风险矩阵模型与Borda序值法相结合,分析评估了各风险因素的大小并进行排序,根据评估结果提出了风险管控建议。

Abstract:
It is necessary to build a corresponding prevention system against these risks.According to three levels of Internet of things identify the quality and safety risks of dairy supply chains.Determine the risk probability and risk impact value.Through the construction of a risk matrix model to assess the size of each risk factor and sort them,risk management recommendations are proposed based on the results.
