| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国家标准列出的6种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品的特点,参照药品生产清洁验证范例探讨了特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品干法工艺生产时如何实施有效清洁。为了进行持续有效清洁,需引用药品风险评估,贯穿开发、转移、验证、持续等各阶段并保证各阶段的科学性、合理性、有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of six types of special medical-use infant formulas which are listed in the national standard,and discusses how to accomplish effective cleaning when going through dry processing of infant formula for special medical-use, and it’s referred to the cleaning verification example of pharmaceutical production. In order to carry out continuous and effective cleaning, it is necessary to cite the risk assessment of drugs, and to process various stages of developments, transfers, verification, and sustainability, so that we can ensure the scientific, rationality, and effectiveness of each stage of effective cleaning development. |
