摘    要:以氨基酸和乳蛋白水解配方产品为样本,对我国标准和AOAC标准中的测定方法进行比较。经验证,电位滴定法测定结果的准确度好,精密度高,测定结果(n=6)的相对标准偏差分布在0.9%~2.7%之间;加标回收实验回收率分布在98.9%~101.6%之间,相对标准偏差RSD分布在1.2%~2.4%之间,电位滴定法能够满足产品质量控制的要求。

Abstract:Chlorine is one of the essential nutrients for the growth and development of infants and young children,For the determination of chlorine in infant formula food for special medical purposes, there is no relevant detection standard at present in China.In this paper, amino acid and milk protein hydrolysis formula products were taken as samples,Comparisons of determination methods between Chinese standard and AOAC standard.The results show that the potentiometric titration method has good accuracy and high precision.The relative standard deviation of high precision results(n=6) ranges from 0.9% to 2.7%,the recoveries of standard addition recovery experiments ranged from 98.9%to 101.6%,RSD distribution of RSD ranges from 1.2% to 2.4%,potentiometric titration can meet the requirements of product quality control.
