| 摘 要： | 为提高钢管焊缝自动识别系统的性能，提出了焊缝区的划分方案，并利用二级离散非递推Ｋａｌｍａｎ滤波算法，寻找焊缝的初始点，该方法具有计算量较小，准确性高等特点，使焊缝准确定位成为可能。

| Abstract: | To improve the property of pipe weld line automatic recognition system,the method of dividing weld line area is put forward,and two dimensions Kalman filtering is made use of seeking starting point of weld line on the pipe image.This method has characteristics of small calculation amount and high accuracy,and makes it possible to locate the weld line accurately. |
