参数自锁定PID控制方法在渗碳炉温控系统中的应用

摘    要:设计出一种基于参数自调整模糊PID控制方法,并应用于渗碳炉温度智能控制.在simulink环境下,仿真结果表明,基于参数模糊自整定PID控制的渗碳炉温度智能控制效果优于单纯的传统PID控制以及模糊控制,具有超调量小,响应时间快,抗干扰性能强,对变参系统的鲁棒性强的控制品质.

The Parameter Autolock PID Control Method in the Carburizing Furnace Temperature Control System's Application

Abstract:Designs one kind based on the parameter from the adjustment fuzzy PID control method, and using in furnace of cementation temperature intelligent control. Under the simulink environment, the simulation result indicated that decides the PID control based on the parameter fuzzy self regulating the furnace of cementation temperature intelligent control effect to surpass the pure traditional PID control as well as the fuzzy control, has is over small, the response time is quick, resistance to interference, to changes the senate system's robust strong control quality.
