浅议高职院校德育课程的管理

德育是一门尊重人的科学,更是人性化的领域,道德教育的过程也是主客体道德思想火花碰撞的过程。但目前的中国高等教育中,尤其是高职教育,对德育的漠视已成一种习惯;德育教师素质层次不齐,没有专业化的教师;内容泛政治化倾向严重,这一现象也决定了德育教学方法的单一与话语权力的颠倒。以上这些问题都严重影响了德育的实效性。
