初步研究AB-8大孔吸附树脂对核黄素的吸附性能

摘    要:主要研究了AB 8型大孔吸附树脂对核黄素的吸附性能 ,测定其动态吸附曲线 ,并对洗脱剂进行了初筛。结果表明 ,AB 8型大孔吸附树脂对核黄素的饱和静态吸附量为 12 .1mg/g树脂 ;核黄素浓度、吸附温度及溶液pH值对吸附有影响 ,尤其是当 pH值大于 8时 ,吸附量急剧下降 ;洗脱时 ,采用乙醇 - 0 .1mol/LNaOH混合液 (v/v ,1:1)的洗脱效果最佳 ,最高浓度提高了近 5倍。

Abstract:In this paper, the adsorbilities of AB-8 macro-porous adsorptive resins for riboflavin were studies. The results showed that the saturated static adsorption of AB-8 resin was 12.1mg/gresin. And the effects of concentration,pH,temperature on the adsorbilities of AB-8 resin were measured. Meanwhile, under the conditions of pH=6 and normal temperature the dynamic adsorption curve of AB-8 resin for riboflavin was determined. Additionally, through analyzing the elution curves, the optimal eluant was the mixture of alcohol and 0.1M NaOH (volume ratio 1:1).
