Research of the noise based on PIN type photoelectric conversion circuit

Abstract:In the detecting system of the weak optical signal,the originally weak signal produced by the photoelectric sensor firstly inputs the photoelectric conversion circuit,so the SNR of the photoelectric conversion circuit will affect the accuracy of the whole measurement system.It is very necessary to research the noise of the circuit.The article analyses all kinds of the noise of the photoelectric conversion circuit which regards the PIN photodiode as the photoelectric sensor in detail,and proposes some methods which can decrease the noise of the photoelectric conversion circuit effectively.These methods can increase the SNR of the photoelectric conversion circuit and improve the measurement accuracy of the testing system.Besides,it provides some ideas on the design to the photoelectric conversion circuit.
