增强聚氨酯泡沫复合材料耐深水性能的研究

摘    要:
制备出一种空心微珠增强聚氨酯泡沫复合材料。探讨了微珠含量和水压对该材料吸水性能的影响,结果表明水压对该材料的吸水性影响显著,材料在4MPa的水压吸水率最高达40%。在相同压力下,保留材料表皮及在表面覆盖涂层可以大大减少水的渗透。测定了材料在7MPa静水压力下三维方向上的应变值。在逐步加压的过程中获得了材料的压力应变曲线。结果表明材料在加压过程中表现出较好的尺寸稳定性,最大体积收缩率仅为0.84%。

Abstract:
One kind of the hollow bead reinforced polyurethane foam composite was prepared. The effects of amount of hollow bead and value of water pressure on water absorption properties of the material were discussed.The results showed that the water absorption rate was obviously influenced by the value of water pressure.The water absorption rate of the material under 4 MPa pressure reached to 40%.Keep the scarfskin of the material and cover a layer of coat could sharply decrease the phenomena of permeability.The stain value of the specimen in three-dimensional direction under 7 MPa static water pressure were tested.The pressure/stain curves was obtained while the pressure was gradually increasing.The results showed that the dimensional stability of the material in the process of pressure increaseing was fine.The maximal volumn shrink rate was only 0.84%.
