机采棉的性能特征及纺纱试验

摘    要:对机采棉进行了物理性能测试,并与人工采棉进行了比较。机采棉的主体长度比人工采棉短.短绒率和有害疵点高,但机采棉的有害疵点和杂质是大杂,易于清除,是人工采棉所不具备的。文中还就各种混纺比例的环锭纺纱、涡流纺纱和纯机采棉转杯纺纱进行了试验,试验结果表明,机采棉的落棉率高,纺纱质量比人工采棉稍好,但纺纱成本较大。

Abstract:Physical property test of machine pick up cotton and compare to manual pick up cotton is done. Machine pick up cotton modal length is shorter than manual pick up cotton, and short fiber content and harmful defects are higher. But harmful defects and impurities are easy clear away because they are very big, this superiority for spinning is not existing in manual pick up cotton. Different blending rate of ring spinning yarn, vortex spinning yarn and machine pick up cotton rotor spinning yarn is tested. The test shows that waste percentage of machine pick up cotton is high, spinning quality is better than manual pick up cotton, but spinning cost is more. \ \
