单脉冲气中电火花线切割电蚀坑形貌仿真分析

摘    要:为研究气中电火花线切割加工机制,建立Cr12Mo V模具钢温度场的数学模型。基于ABAQUS软件对单脉冲放电过程中Cr12Mo V模具钢的温度场进行仿真分析,得出Cr12Mo V模具钢的温度场分布规律,测量出不同峰值电流和脉冲宽度下工件表面电蚀坑的半径和深度并进行了修正,进而计算出电蚀坑的体积。获得了单脉冲放电后工件表面电蚀坑半径、深度、体积以及深径比随峰值电流与脉冲宽度的变化规律,进而预测出电火花线切割加工效率与工件的表面质量。

Analysis on Morphology Simulation of Electric Erosion Pit Based on Single Pulse WEDM in Gas
Abstract:In order to study the machining mechanism of Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) in gas, the mathematical model of Cr12MoV die steel in temperature field is set up. The temperature field of Cr12MoV die steel was simulated by ABAQUS software in the process of single pulse discharge. The temperature field distribution law of Cr12MoV steel mold was obtained. The radius and depth of the electric erosion pit on the workpiece surface width under different peak current and pulse were measured and revised. Then the volume of electric erosion pit was calculated. After the single pulse discharging, the changing relations of radius, depth, size, volume and depth to diameter ratio of one pit with peak current and pulse width were obtained. And then the machining efficiency and quality on workpiece surface of WEDM are predicted subsequently.
