摘 要: | 针对HXN5型机车主发电机风道批量出现裂纹的问题,从设计、工艺及运用环境等方面分析了裂纹产生的原因,提出了主发电机风道的改进设计方案,并用有限元分析方法对原型及改进型设计进行了模态分析及CFD流场计算,验证改进效果。实践证明,改进后效果良好,主发电机风道再未出现裂纹。
