| 摘 要： | 针对240/275系列整体铸造机体柴油机,设计一种不带水套的强背钻孔冷却气缸套,使其刚度好,变形小。气缸套内孔上部设有减磨环结构,可有效解决原结构气缸套端磨、机油消耗大等问题。

| Abstract: | A cylinder liner with a strong back drilling hole for cooling was designed.Without water jacket,the stiffness of the liner was improved.There is a wearing ring in the upper portion of the cylinder liner,so the end-wearing and too high oil consumption existing in original structure can be avoided. |
