摘    要:采用常压水浴合成工艺,通过控制反应体系总碱度、反应时间、反应温度等条件,在保留硅藻土原始骨架结构基础上,制备了沸石化硅藻土载体材料.沸石生长程度,影响硅藻土我体比表面积大小,当反应体系总碱度为47%、90℃反应8h,样品比表面积可达192m2/g.并采用SEM、XRD、BET、BJH测试方法对样品进行了分析表征.

Abstract:Bath method is introduced to synthesize zeolitized diatomite. Sodium aluminate solution is prepared fi rst. Na-zeolite grows from diatomaceous skeleton by controlling the total alkali charge in the system, conditions such as reaction temperature. The surface of diatomite carriers has been in? uenced through degree of zeolitization.When the alkali charge is 47%, the surface area of the product reaches to 192m2/g. Character of samples is described by some methods suh as SEM, XRD, BET, BJH etc.
