超声波辅助乙醇提取薯莨色素的研究

摘    要:摘要:以薯莨为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了超声波辅助乙醇提取薯莨色素的工艺条件。试验结果表明,薯莨样品预先浸泡2h,采用50%乙醇,料液比1:40,超声功率200W,温度为600℃,提取时间25min的条件下,薯莨色素的提取效果最佳。该提取工艺简便、高效且重复性好。

Abstract:Applied dye yam as raw material,through the single factor test and orthogonal test,the ultrasonic assisted extraction of pigment dye yam ethanol process conditions were optimized.The test results showed that when dye yam sample preliminary soak was 2h,ethanol concentration was 50%,and liquid-solid ratio was 1:40,ultrasonic power was 200W,extraction temperaure was 60℃,Extracted was 25 min,the extraction of pigment dye yam had best effect.The extraction technology was simple,efficient and had good repeatability.
