烟煤锅炉掺烧褐煤的炉内结焦分析

摘    要:采用标准k-ε紊流、P-1辐射等数学模型,对某发电有限责任公司600 MW烟煤锅炉掺烧褐煤燃烧过程进行数值模拟和试验研究。对试验和模拟结果分析可知掺烧褐煤后炉内整体温度水平要低于单烧烟煤,但煤粉燃烧器区域温度水平要高于单烧烟煤,这个区域容易产生局部结焦,因此要注意调整运行方式,进行合理的配风。

Abstract:Pulverized coal combustion is a very complex physical and chemical process.The standard k-εturbulence model and other mathematical models are adopted,complete the blending lignite combustion numerical simulation of 600 MW boiler of one power plant.The experimental and simulation results show that the overall furnace temperature level of the boiler blended with lignite is lower than the one only burning bituminous coal.But the temperature levels of the latter's pulverized coal combustion device area is lower.This area is prone to local coking,so attention must be paid to adjust the operating mode and to allocate the wind reasonably.
