地下空间开发过程中的建筑策划

地下空间是城市建设的重要资源 ,如何合理开发利用地下空间 ,更好地发挥其综合效益是我们面临的重大课题。地下建筑是目前城市地下空间开发的主要内容之一 ,对经过可行性研究确立的地下建筑工程项目 ,在方案设计之前应进行必要的建筑策划 ,从而为设计任务书的拟定和具体的建筑设计提出更为科学合理的依据 ,以确保项目开发建设的综合效益。本文针对目前地下建筑开发建设中存在的某些问题 ,对“建筑策划”的概念、目的和意义以及地下建筑策划的基本内容和方法进行了简要论述。

Architectural Programming during Development of Underground Space

There is an important problem to develop and utilize underground space rationally for giving full play to its complex benefits. Underground building is the main object of urban underground space development, for an underground project, the necessary architectural programming should be done before its design to offer a rational basis for project order and architectural design and ensure complex benefits. In this paper, aiming at the problems in development of underground buildings, the concept, purpose and meaning of "architectural programming" as well as its content and method are described briefly.
