收敛楔形间隙在杆管中形成动压润滑油膜的研究

摘    要:为减少抽油杆与油管之间的偏磨,建立了收敛楔形间隙在杆管间的液体动压润滑数学模型,依据雷诺方程导出了油膜压力的计算公式,分析了影响油膜力大小的因素.结果表明:在收敛楔形间隙某一高度处,油膜压力沿圆周方向的分布是在间隙最小处油膜压力最大,在间隙最大处油膜压力最小;收敛楔形间隙在某一偏角处,沿轴向方向,随轴向高度的增大,油膜压力逐渐增大,增大到一定数值,油膜压力又逐渐减小.
