摘    要:对复合MoO_3压块自还原反应中还原剂和抑制剂抑制MoO_3的升华过程进行了热力学分析,并结合热重实验研究了SiC(C)和CaO对MoO_3升华的抑制效果,通过复合MoO_3压块自还原实验,研究还原剂类型和配比、还原温度及CaO加入比例对MoO_3压块反应后物相组成的影响。结果表明,当C(SiC)与CaO混合加入到复合MoO_3压块中时,对MoO_3升华的抑制效果优于只加入C(SiC)或CaO;加入C或SiC的复合MoO_3压块自还原反应是一个分段式还原的过程,随着反应温度的升高,MoO_3被依次还原为MoO2、Mo;同时,提高CaO的加入量,产物中CaMoO4比例提高,能更有效地抑制MoO_3的升华。

Abstract:Thermodynamic analysis of reducing agents and inhibitors inhibiting the sublimation of MoO3 in self- reduction reaction of composite MoO3 briquettes,and the inhibitory effect of reducing agent (SiC or C) and inhibitor (CaO) on sublimation of MoO3 was studied by thermogravimetric experiments, by self-reduction test of composite MoO3 briquettes to explore the effects of the type and ratio of reducing agent, reaction temperature and CaO addition ratio on the phase composition of MoO3 compacted reaction.The results showed that when C(SiC) and CaO are mixed into the composite MoO3 briquettes, the inhibition effect on MoO3 sublimation is better than adding only C(SiC) or CaO; The MoO3 was reduced by SiC or C step by step,under low temperature, the reducing agent (C or SiC) first reduces MoO3 to MoO2, and as the reaction temperature gradually increases, MoO2 is reduced to metal Mo;At the same time, with the increase of the proportion of CaO, the proportion of CaMoO4 in the product was increased, which effectively inhibited the volatilization of MoO3.
