摘    要:采用国家环境保护标准方法 HJ 535—2009纳氏试剂比色法测定水样中污染因子氨氮。实验表明:实验用水、试剂配制、实验环境、水样保存时间及条件、反应时间等都是氨氮的测定的主要影响因素,就这些影响因素进行了分析。

Abstract:National environment protection standard HJ 535-2009 Nessler's reagent colorimetric method was adopted to measure the pollution factor NH3-N in water. Experiments results show that:experiment of water、 reagents、 experiment environment,、 water save time and condition、 reaction time were the major factors of affecting determination of NH3-N, and these factors was analyzed.
