玻纤用非离子型聚氨酯乳液的制备

摘    要:采用预聚体分散法制备非离子型聚氨酯乳液,通过化学法将亲水性单体接枝到预聚物骨链,解决了化学稳定性差的难题。在此基础上还研究了预聚物中异氰酸根指数R、二元醇、扩链剂、亲水性单体与聚合物膜的关系,经过配方优化得到综合性能较好的非离子型聚氨酯乳液,满足浸润剂配制、拉丝、短切纱制品的工艺要求,达到外购产品的性能。

Abstract:Non-ionic polyurethane emulsion was prepared by prepolymer dispersion process, and its chemical stability was improved by grafting hydrophilic monomers to the backbone chain of the prepolymer. Based on these, the relations of the isocyanate index R, diols, chain extenders and hydrophilic monomers with the polymer film were investigated. By optimizing the formulation, a non-ionic polyurethane emulsion with better comprehensive properties was obtained, thus meeting the technological requirements for size preparation, fiber forming and chopping roving products and reaching the level of purchased emulsion.
