摘    要:对比分析了X射线和55Fe对物体厚度测量的原理以及在实际应用中的优缺点,介绍了X射线测厚仪的结构构成,各部分实现原理和具体实现方案、措施,并针对X射线和55Fe的现场测厚进行对比实验。

Abstract:The thesis makes comparison with the measuring principle of X-ray and55Fe,and describes the main advantages and faults of them.It introduces X-ray thickness gauge structure and the realization principle of each part each.Finally,some experiments show that X-ray is better than 55Fe at many aspects.
