摘    要:以建构主义理论为指导,明确商务英语课程的教学原则和特征,以人才需求为基点,建构由教师、学习者、国际商务职业情境、教学任务与内容为组成要素的教学模式,积极探索商务英语人才培养的有效途径。

Abstract:From the perspective of constructivism,the instructional principles and characteristics of Business English Course are analyzed.Thus,based on the market needs for international business talents,a tentative teaching and learning model of the Course is presented,which is composed of the elements of teacher,learner,teaching/learning tasks and international business vocational situations,so as to find a new effective talent-cultivating approach.
