| 摘 要： | 概述了石化企业生产与输油作业计划／调度系统的设计方案。简要地介绍了系统功能构成及其动态调整设计。实验室模拟运行效果良好．为石化企业生产与输油计划的编制与调度工作提供了一个有效的工具。
