摘    要:这里考虑到共振准则的模糊性,建立其隶属函数;为避免传统算法对频带分析的笼统和不准确,进而引入了模糊区间的概念,将激振频带模糊化处理。并将有关可靠性理论和模糊数学有机地结合起来,以传统的振动设计方法为基础,提出了对机械零件共振模糊可靠性的分析方法。以鱼雷发动机的工作频带为例建立模糊区间,并给出隶属函数,从结果可以明显看出本方法的正确法,较传统方法更加贴近实际。

Abstract:Considering the fuzziness of resonance theory, the membership function is built; fuzzy interval is introduced in order to fuzzify the excitation frequency band, because of the inaccurateness of conventional method. According to actual conditions, combining the theory of reliability design and fuzzy mathematics, the theory of fuzzy reliability design is exerted. A design model of torpedo is established, and based on the excitation frequency band of engine build its membership function. The result shows: The new method is more efficient, robust and practical, and has a high value and a good prospect.
