从刚开始提出对大卧室、小起居的房型进行改造，到现在住房全面商品化以来，单元住宅的房型随着房地产的炒作开始越来越大，由此带来住宅设计、住宅买卖以及住宅对于城市可持续发展的影响第一系列问题。该文以现在我国城市住宅户型面积越做越大为切入点，从城市密度、住宅功能、我国经济发展现状三方面进行分析，得出提供简约造房的结论。

Discussing about Compact Housing -- Thinking from the Area of Apartments in Our City that is Becoming Larger and Larger

Since the policy of commercial houses was carried into execution, the area of apartments is becoming larger and larger, However, lots of problems have also been emerged, such as housing design, housing marketing, and the influence that house evolution brings to the sustainable development of cities. Based on the phenomena that city residences are getting larger and larger, this article analyses the problems in three aspects-the density of city, the function of house and the actual situation of our country. After that, the article draws a conclusion that the house area should be decided according to the factual need.
