摘    要:丙烯是重要的基本有机化工原料,低烯烃含量的高辛烷值汽油也是市场急需的产品.两段提升管催化裂解多产丙烯(TMP)技术是以重油为原料,在多产丙烯的同时,兼顾低烯烃含量的高辛烷值汽油的生产.TMP技术的工业试验表明,采用LCC-200催化剂,以大庆常压渣油(AR)为原料,在一段提升管回炼混合C4,二段提升管回炼轻汽油的情况下,丙烯的收率和总液收分别达到19.64%,81.57%;干气收率仅为4.68%,其所含乙烯质量分数为45.93%,是制乙苯的理想原料;稳定汽油产品的研究法辛烷值为96.5,轻柴油收率仪为13.36%.

Abstract:Propylene was an important basic organic chemical material,and high octane-number gasoline with low olefin content was an urgently needed product in the market.The technology of two-stage riser catalytic cracking of heavy oil for maximizing propylene yield(TMP) was develped to produce more propylene and high octane-number gasoline with low olefin content with heavy oil as feedstock.The commercial test of TMP showed that the yield of propylene and total liquid products reached 19.64% and 81.57% respectively using the special catalyst LCC-200 when the first riser was fed by mixed C4 and Daqing AR and the second one was fed by light gasoline and recycling oil.The yield of dry gas was only 4.68% with ethylene of 45.93%(mass fraction),it was a kind of ideal feedstock to produce ethylbenzene.The research octane-number of stable gasoline product reached 96.5,and the yield of diesel was only 13.36%.
