Research and Practice on Curriculum System Construction of Food Science and Engineering Specialty with Orientation of Engineering Education Accreditation

China is developing its own engineering education accreditation system with goal to establisil quality assurance system and promote international recognition for engineering education. To culture high-quality applied talents of modern food who meet requirement for regional economic development with engineering education accreditation systemoriented, thinking and practice of refomdng on teaching contents and architecture of food science and engineering specialty in Lanzhou University of Technology were introduced through following four aspects： standard and prufile of engineering education accreditation system, curriculum structurc adjustment, integrate and optimize construction of theoty education system and practice education system.
