高职新生个性心理特征及教育对策

近年来，随着大众化教育的日益普及，接受高等教育的人群比例在逐年上升。而作为专业技术人才培养的高职院校，也引起了教育界人士的关注。高职新生作为特殊的大学生群体，他们面临生活上的自理，管理上的自治，学习上的自觉，目标上的自我选择等一系列问题，也随之产生了许多的心理问题。文章着眼于高职新生这样一个特殊的群体，从阐述个性心理特征的内涵出发，指出了高职新生的个性心理特征；结合历史和社会的因素，分析了高职新生个性心理特征形成的原因；从教育发展的角度，对改善高职新生的心理特征提出了几点对策。

Higher Vocational Students' Personality & Psychological Characteristics and Education Strategy

In recent years,the proportion of higher-educated people has been increasing with the popularization of the popular education.Higher vocational colleges for training professional talents attract attention from all education fields.As the special group in college students,the freshmen in vocational college face the following problems: life self-care,self-management,conscious learning,self-selection of targets and so on,from which many psychological problems are caused.Based on this special group of the freshmen in vocational college,this paper points out psychological characteristics of personality by discussing the connotation of psychological characteristics of personality firstly;secondly,the reasons of forming psychological characteristics of personality are analyzed by combining historical and social factors;finally,some countermeasures for improving psychological characteristics of the freshmen in vocational college are proposed from the view of education development.
