摘    要:实验采用了熔融分相法制备纳米TiO2光催化材料,本文研究了该制备方法的实验原理,采用DTA,XRD,SEM,TEM等测试手段对实验结果进行分析,并对不同条件下热处理样品的TiO2晶体的析晶情况进行讨论,用甲基橙作为模拟降解物进行光催化性能的测试。实验结果表明:采用熔融分相法可以制备出晶体粒径在纳米尺寸的与多孔玻璃负载牢固的TiO2光催化材料。光催化性能结果显示了对于不同条件热处理的样品,只有在多孔玻璃载体孔径及TiO2晶粒尺寸大小适宜时,其光催化效果才能达到最佳。

Abstract:Nanometer TiO2 photocatalytic material was prepared by melt phase- separation. The test principle was studied and the samples were characterized with XRD, SEM, TEM, and crystallization of TiO2 samples at different heat - treatment temperatures were discussed and photocatalytic capability was tested using methyl- orange being a degradation material. The result indicates that nanometer size TiO2 photocatalytic material loaded on porous glass can be obtained by melt phase- separation method. The photocatalytic results show that the photocatalytic effects can be optimal if the aperture of porous glass and the size of TiO2 crystal are proper for the samples at different heat - treatments.
