大面积堆载造成的地基变形问题分析及治理

某重工业厂房中由于堆载造成不均匀沉降的原因为地质状况复杂、基础设计不合理以及堆载过大且不均匀。对最终变形量进行了测算,提出了采用地基整体加固法的事故治理方案。给出了采用深层搅拌桩对地基进行加固处理的原理、方法及实施方案。实践与监测表明加固效果良好。

Analysis and Treatment of Subsoil Deformation Caused by Large Area Load

Complicated soils,improper design,excessive and uneven area load are the main reasons of uneven subsoil deformation of a heavy industry workshop.The final settlement of the foundation is calculated.Integral foundation reinforcement method is chose as the treatment of this accident.The mechanism and application of the method are presented.The practice and inspection show that the reinforcement is effective.
