基于模糊理论的燃气轮机可靠性分配

摘    要:根据模糊理论提出了一种燃气轮机可靠性分配的新方法。该分配方法的核心是应用模糊决策理论中的多级模糊综合评判方法评估部件之间的相对失效系数,然后依此对燃气轮机失效率指标或可转换为失效率的可靠性指标进行线性分配。特点是分配时能够综合考虑各种可靠性影响因素及其模糊性,尤其适用于燃气轮机这种复杂产品初始设计阶段的可靠性分配。

Abstract:The novel approach to gas turbine(GT) reliability allocation based on fuzzy theory is proposed.Its key point is thea the method of multistage fuzzy synthetical judgement is used for assessing the relative failure coefficients of the assessed components.Then the failure rate or reliability targets that can be converted into the failure rate for GT are linearly allocated. The essential feature of this approach is that it can synthetically consider a variety of the factors affecting the reliability and their fuzziness.Thus the approach is particularly adaptable to the reliability allocation in initial design stage for complex products.
